Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationships between Neo Media Europe and its clients for any digital marketing and content creation service.
Services Offered
Neo Media Europe offers content creation, digital strategy, web development, video production, SEO and digital advertising services. Service details are defined in the quote accepted by the client.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are indicated in euros excluding tax. Payment is made according to the terms defined in the quote: generally 50% on order and 50% on delivery. Any late payment incurs late payment penalties.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are indicative and communicated in the quote. They begin upon receipt of the initial payment and all elements necessary to carry out the service.
Revisions
Each service includes a defined number of revisions specified in the quote. Additional revisions are charged at the current rate.
Intellectual Property
The transfer of intellectual property of creations is effective after full payment of the service. Neo Media Europe retains the right to use creations for promotion of its activity.
Cancellation
Any cancellation must be notified in writing. In case of cancellation after work has begun, amounts already paid remain acquired and work completed is invoiced.
Liability
Neo Media Europe's liability is limited to the amount of the service concerned. Neo Media Europe cannot be held responsible for indirect damages.
Applicable Law
These T&Cs are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of Neo Media Europe's registered office.
